The positions have become available because of growth within the company and the need to expand further into social networking to seek talented people. The selected candidates will be comfortable using LinkedIn, Twitter, Google+ and Facebook as well as understanding the use of Job boards in the recruitment process. They will also need to use Skype to communicate with prospective candidates and have a creative ability to write advertising copy to attract them.The successful candidates will understand the difference between Networking and Broadcasting and enjoy the direct interaction with talented people and prospective contractors.Resourcers will take responsibility for recruiting overseas candidates and developing a pipeline of potential candidates willing to travel to the UK and work for 1-5 years in London. This will include both advert copy writing and measuring and managing the success of the company’s overall advertising spend. The positions will attract either a competitive salary and a generous bonus opportunity based on quarterly and annual performance against the company recruitment resourcing budget or a self-employed opportunity paid against the work completed each week/month.. Additionally training will be provided to develop a professional career in the sector.
